From the evaporation of seawater and a collection process controlled with traditional techniques, sea salt is cut and collected to be transported to the mountain (Gravera). All the processes of collection, transformation, preparation, packaging and commercialization of our Sea Salt are governed by strict internal controls and are endorsed by the Iso 9001 certification in management and processing of processes that guarantees the quality of the final product.

FLOWER OF SAL
Corresponds to the natural Flower of Salt that crystallizes on the surface of the water in the artisan crystallizers of our Traditional Saltworks and that is collected by hand and daily, without having undergone any type of treatment and with certain physical-chemical characteristics.
SEA SALT
They are all those Sea Salts that have undergone a centrifuging, drying and sieving process to select a specific granulometry and as a main characteristic they have a maximum moisture content of 0.3%. They are classified according to their granulometry, from smaller granulometry to larger size, and with physical-chemical characteristics according to their technical data sheet.
